- First Kiss apples are the most recently developed variety from the University of Minnesota. They were bred to have Honecrisp juiciness and a refreshing tartness while also being one of the first apples to ripen in the fall. Their very crisp texture along with tartness creates a perfect flavor balance and an incredible eating experience.

SweeTango

- Developed by the University of Minnesota the SweeTango apple is a patented cross between Honeycrisp and Zestar apples. They ripen early in the fall and have a crisp sweet-tart taste that some have described as a spiced apple cider flavor with hints of brown sugar. Suitable flesh for eating fresh, cooking or preserving the SweeTango is a popular early-season apple.

Zestar!™

- Developed by the University of Minnesota these early season apples quickly became a fan favorite. Zestar apples have a light and crunchy texture. They have a sprightly sweet and tangy flavor with accents of brown sugar. These apples are excellent for both eating and cooking.
